VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL.
Notices op Motion.
The following is the Order Paper for the next meeting of the Council which takes place on Wednesday, the 28th July:
1. Cr M‘Ginnis to move—That tenders be called for the erection of the bridge over the Eamscleugh River which was previously passed by the Council and ordered to stand over through the floods.
2. Cr Eraser to move—That the Engineer be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for a traffic bridge over the Lindis River, at the crossing ot the road Hawea Lindis to Cromwell. 3. Cr Eraser to mow—That the Engineer he instructed to widen and improve such portions of the road Rocky Point to Quartz Reef Point as are at present unsafe for heavy traffic.
4. Cr Fraser to move—That this Council iu future alters its hour of meeting to 2 p m.
5. Cr Pitches to move—That the Engineer lie requested to examine the road at Ida Valley on the lately thrown open block X., and if found impassable, ho he authorised to spend a sum of money not exceeding fifty pounds for the necessary repairs.
6. Cr Fraser to move-That the sum of (L ) lie expended in forming a dray road from the Hawea Bridge to Long Valley.
7. Cr Stronach to move—That the sum of LSO he expended in making cutting and other repairs on the road to Tinkers between sections 34 and 51, block 1., Tiger Hill.
8 Cr Stronach to move— That the sum of L2O he expended in repairing road opposite section 28, block 111., Lauder; and in making swamp passable between sections 24 and 25, block JIT , Lauder.
9. Cr Stronach to move - That the Engineer be instructed to repair the hill near sludge channel, on road Drybread to Lander Creek.
