To the M ining Registrar at Clyde, of the Otago Gold Fields Mining District, and all other persons whom it may concern. TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a water race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point the mouth of the gorge of Blackman’s Gully, near Kane’s claim, and terminating on the Mining Reserve, in Block X., Leaning Rock District. The length of such race is about one mile. The course, west to east. The mean breadth will be about two feet, and the depth about one foot, and it is proposed to carry one head of water, j A. C.
