CAUTION —Applicants for Water Races and Tail Races are hereby notified that where any such Race crosses or traverses any road, a copy of the application must be sent to the County Clerk in conformity with the requirements of the Regulations made under “The Mines Act, 1877,” respecting Water Races, &c. ; and no person, whether holding a certificate from the Warden’s Court or otherwise, will be permitted to proceed with the construction of a Race across or upon any line of road without having first obtained the approval in writing of the County Engineer.
