Trustworthy intelligence has been received that tho force of tho PathauS had massacred a party of British at Quettah, including one officer, and had blocked tho road between Quettah and Candahar. A detachment of troops has been ordered from Candahar to Quettah, to operate against the Pathana. Constantinople, April 17th.

Said Pasha, Grand Vizier, has advised the Sultan to summon tho Turkish Parliament, but it is not yet kuo vn whether the advice had been complied with.
