VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL.
The following is the Older Paper for the next meeting of this Council, to he held on Wednesday next : .Notices of Motion. 1. Councillor Pitches to move—- “ That n sum of fifty pounds (I 50) sterling he voted by the Council for the purpose <>f celebrating the opening of the Ophir Bridge on its completion.” 2. Councillor Naylor to move—- “ That the pitched crossing in Sunder land street, Clyde, be put in repair at a cost not exceeding ton pounds (L 10).” 3. Councillor Naylor to move—- “ That a sum not exceeding one hundred pounds (LI00) be appropriated to the purpose of forming a nursery of forest trees for planting out and for distribution in the County.” 4. Councillor Naylor to move—- “ That a chair be placed across the Clutha River, near Mutton Town, at a cost not exceeding (L ).’’ 5. Councillor Jolly to move—- “ That seventeen pounds ten shillings (LI7 10s) be voted to John Perriam for removing sediment off the Wanaka Road and other-wise rendering the road at (he Lowhnrn fit for traffic after the September floods.” Schedule of Votes required by ; the Engineer for the Months' of April and May : Clyde to Cromwell ... ... £75
