Nominations for the Dunstan J. C Handicap to be received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. mi the 15th October, and will be published in the Dunstan Times of the 17ih October. Weights will be declared on Saturday, 18th October, at 8 p.m. Acceptances to be lodged wnh the Secretary before 8 p.m on the 22nd October.

RULES AND REGULATIONS. For all post entry races three horses to start or no race. Horses to he handicapped by the stewards or whom they may appoint. No entry shall he leceived for any of the above races except upon the following conditions:—That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the miming shall he decided by the stewards or those whom they may appoint. The decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. The Dnnstan Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced. GEORGE CLARK, Hon. Sec.
