NOTICE. TME following are the days appointed for holding the Resident Magistrate’s and Warden’s Courts for the mouths of January, February, March, April, May, and June, 1379, for the Dunstan Division of the Otago Gold Fields Districts : CLYDE.— Every Thursday. CROMWELL.— Every Friday. ALEXANDRA.— W. LAURENCE SIMPSON, Warden and R.M. I HEREBY NOTIFY that I will hold Courts at the undermentioned places and times for the purpose of hearing any applications for relief that may be made under the 4Tth section of the Counties’ Act, 187G : —At the Court House, Cromwell, for the Ridings of Kawarau, Clutha, Lindis, and Hawea; on Friday, the 6th day of June next, at the Court House, Clyde* for the Ridings of Dunstan, EaTusoleugh, and Nevis; on Thursday) th/ stjf day of June next, and at thofioim House, Ophir, for the Ridings off Matakanui and Manuherikia, An Tuesday the 3rd day of June next/ f Any person feeling aggrieved by any entry ojp, or omission from the Rolls of the various Ridings must lodge his application for relief at the respective Magistrate’s Courts above mentioned, on or before the last day of May current. GIVEN 1 that' tlfe Revising Officer will hold a CoHjjtrfoi/the/Revision of the List of/Voteri of/the District of DUNSTAN, Si Saturday, the 17th day of May (®stead of Thursday, the 15th, as previously advertised), at 12 o’clock in ther forenoon, at the Court house, Cromwell. At which said Court will be heard and determined all claims duly made to have names inserted in the said List of Voters, and all objections duly made to the names of persons being retained or placed on the Electoral Roll of the said District. The Revising Officer will also, at the said Court, make such corrections in the said List, and do all such other acts as are required by the Registration of Elections Act, 1886.
