At the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, on Tuesday, one Gringall pleaded guilty to killing his half-brother Ferdinand Paul, at Normanby, on the 16th January last, and was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment with hard labour. The Bank of South Australia has declared 4 dividend of 10 per cent.
