TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a Water Race, and divert water for domestic and irrigation purpo-es,' commencing at a point in Chasiu Uretk, about half-a-jnile. above John McLaughlin's Hotel, Shingle Creek, and tet urinating at the Lagoon, opposite the said Hotel. The length of such Race is about half-a mile. The mean breadth and depth of such Race is twenty inches by six inches, and it is proposed to divert and carry one head of water.
