No entries will he received for anv of the above races except under this condition— That all discuses, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall he decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint. and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. Jockey costume will he strictly enforced. Three horses to start for all post entry races, or no race. The Dunedin Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced.
