PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Nomination' of Candidates for Election of Councillor for Dunstan Riding for the term commencing on the Second Wednesday in November, 1878, will take place on Monday, November 4th, 1878, at Noon, at the Town Hall, Clyde. Nomination Papers in the Statutory form and addressed to the undersigned, may be delivered at the place herein fixed for the Nomination, on or before noon of the said 4th day of November, 1878.
