Mollor, Storekeepers, .Newtown, will sell by Public Auction, in lots to suit purchasers, on the above date, at Devonshire and Tinkers Gullies, all that Valuable Property comprising— D WELLIN GS, HOUSES,STABLE, WATER DAM, TIMBER, MINING TOOLS, BLACKSMITH'S TOOLS, WAGGONETTE, HAHNESS, BILLIARD TABLE, SE-COND-HAND IRON AND TIMBER, AND HORSES—WELLBRED. Sale will commence sharp at 11 o’clock at Devonshire Gully, as follows : 2 Dwelling-houses and Gardens. 1 Sod and Iron Stable. 800 Feet of Rails, 10 feet long and upwards. 120 3-feet Sleepers. 100 Feet of Slabs, assorted lengths. 90 sft. Rails, 3x2. 63 Poles, Gin. diameter. 8 Cap Pieces, Bft. each. 3 Turn-tables 2 long Planks, in good order. A large lot of Timber and Iron. Blacksmith’s Forge, Bellows and Tools. A large lot of Mining Tools, Truck, Shovels, Picks, Sluice- ■ boxes, Sluice-forks, Wheelbarrows, Arc. 1 large Water Dam. 3 Gallons Castor Oil, &c. After disposing of the above, the Auctioneer will resume the Sale at Tinker’s Gully the same day, as near to 3 o’clock as possible, commencing with the Sale of Horses as follows : 1 black Horse, 7yrs., quiet,sound and staunch for any kind of harness—a better was never yoked for tunnel work. 1 Bay Mare, Merrylega, in foal by Havua. 1 One-year old Colt, by Caliph, clam Merryleus. 2 Two-year-old Colts, by Chorister. 1 Bay Cob, Spark, aged syrs, quiet, sound, and a good roadster. 1 Grey Mare, aged 6yrs, quiet, sound, and in foal. 1 Bay blare with Foal at foot by Caliph. 1 Chesnut Mare, 4yrs old, quiet and good in side saddle. 1 Two-year-old Filly, by Caliph. 1 One-year-old Filly, by Scud. 1 Black Horse, aged, splendid stock horse, quiet for aide saddle'. 1 AA'aggonette, with Pole and Shafts. 1 |-Billiard Table, with Cues and all requisites for Billiards. Saddles, Bridles, Harness, etc,, etc., etc., also I House and Garden, situated iu Yankee Flat, and lately occupied by Mr J. Smeaton. 1 Sod Hut, iron roof and garden, situated in Smoker’s Gully, known as Tom Vasey’s. The Auctioneer would recommend parties requiring cheap Timber, Mining Tools, &c., to bo at Devonshire Gully, sharp at 11 o’clock on Wednesday, November 0, 1878. Messrs J. and G Mollor having disposed of their Tunnel Claim, the Lots above enumerated must be sold without reserve. The Horses are a splendid Lot, and the only reason for selling are fears of impounding, causing trouble and expense. The young Stock being by blood Entires, such as Caliph, Hania, Chorister and Scud, should attract public attention, and induce buyers to put in an appearance from all parts of the District. There being no reserve.
