THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES have liberally arranged to issue return tickets to Dunedin and back at a SINGLE FARE to holders of Carnival Tickets, Which may be purchased at all Railway Stations in Gtago. The Committee earnestly urge the public to second its efforts by contributing any miscellaneous articles of property which they may have to spare, towards the accomplishment of this useful work- Farm Produce, Bonks, Pictures, Toys, Watches, Clocks, Clothing, Confectionery, Tobacco, Pipes, Matches—from-a-Diamond Ring to a Tooth-brush—from a Stalled Ox to a dozen of New Laid Eggs will be thankfully received. The Railways will receive and convey all goods Free of Charge, and the Secretary, on receipt of an intimation to that effect, will send for any articles contributed, either for sale or exhibition.
