"VTOTICEia hereby given that a -Ll Petition in terms of Section 354.0f “ The Municipal Corporations' Act, 1876,” praying for the dissolution of the Borough of Clyde, and the merging of the same in the County of Vincent has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, and that unless a counter petition, signed, by one fourth of the ratepayers of the County, or one fourth of the burgesses of the Borough is presented on or before Wednesday the 11th day of September next, the dissolution of the Borough will be proclaimed. NOTICE is also given that all monies due to the Borough on account of rents or rates must be paid on or before the 7th of September, and that all accounts against the Borough must be rendered by the said 7th day of September, or they will not be^reccgnised.
