IAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a Water-race, and divert half a Government head of water, to be used for domestic, industrial and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point known as the Spring, Clyde and Cromwell road, and terminating in rny garden opposite Section 107, Block 11, Leaning Rock District. The length of such race is 400 yards, and its intended course is North and South, with a depth of 12 inches, and breadth of 12 inches. JOHN PHILIP ALLOWAY.
