IVT OTIC Eis hereby giver, that by P'l virtue of the powers vested in the Vincent County Council by “ The Counties Act, 1876,” the said Council have established a Pound on section numbered ten, block one, Leaning Rock District on the Clyde and Blacks Road, in Vincent County, New Zealand, and that the said Council have appointed William Williams, of Leaning Kock District, Farmer, to be keeper of the said Pound. And further that the said Council have established a Pound on section numbered twenty-two, block three Cromwell District on the road from Cromwell to Wanaka in Vincent County aforesaid, and that the said Council have appointed Robert Kidd, of Cromwell District, Fanner, to be keeper of the said Pound.
