IN Pursuance of the 14th Section of the “Licensin'; Act 1873, Amendment Ac(, 1874,” I, hereby give notice that the QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING For the District of Town of Clyde, and Districts of Clyde and Blacks, will he held on TUESDAY, the 4th day of JUNE, 1878, in the Court House, Clyde, at the hour of NOON; [Note. —Applications for Blacks must be lodged at Clyde.] For the District and Town of Alexandra, and District of Alexandra, will be held on TUESDAY, the 4th day of JUNE, 1878, in the Court-house, Alexandra, at the hour of NOON ; For the District of Town of Rox burgh, and District of Roxburgh, will be held on TUESDAY, flie 4th day of JUNE, 1878, in the Court House, Rox burgh, at the hour of NOON; For the purpose of taking into consideration all Applications for Certificates for such Licenses as are authorised to be granted at the said meeting of the Licensing Court, and the Transfer, or Renewal, or Removal of Licenses, of which due notice shall have been given to me, for the aforesaid Districts in which the premises in respect of which such Application is made are situated respectively.

Tenders addressed to the Colonial Architect, and marked outside “ Tender for Court Mouse, Alexandra,” will he received at the office of the undersigned tip to noon of Wednesday the Ist day of May, 18'8. Telegraphic tenders will be received provided the original tender and deposit are lodged with the Resident Magistrate, Clyde, at the time above specified.
