Together with the Dwellinghouse thereon, and garden Utensils, &c.

For which is claimed, conditionally, four shillings per head damages, for eating and destroying oats in sheaves and in stack, and some threshed barley in heap; and two shillings per head driving expenses (calf excluded). If the owners do not feel justified in paying the above-named through the Round 1 do not press it, as I will sue in the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Clyde, for the amount of damage done. In default of being released the above-named cattle will bn sold on Friday 17th May, 1878, at the Vincent County Round, Clyde, at 12 noon.
