WEDNESDAY, MAY 29,. 1878. SALE BY AUCTION. TO FARMERS, CATTLE OWNERS AND SPECULATORS. HARLES COLCLOUGH, instructed by Mr D. Hanlon, of Wai Keri Keri Valley, who is leaving the district, will Sell by Public Auction on the above date, the following properties, viz.— 10 Acres Freehold, situate on the Dunstan Commonage.

The right, title and interest in and to 184 Acres of Land, fenced and laid down in English grasses, situate in Wai Keri Keri Valley, and known as “ Hanlon’s Farm,” with dwelling-house, barn, other buildings and orchard. 85 Head of Mixed Cattle, including 2G quiet Dairy Cows (in milk, without calf) 10—threeyear old Heifers in calf, 8 three year old Fat Bullocks ; 1 short horned Bull (3-year old) 17 head, (two-year-old, mixed sexes, 24 Calves (mixed sexes.) 1 Heavy draft Horse, “ Sam.” 1 Heavy draft Colt, (4 year-old) by “Prince Charlie.” 1 heavy draft Colt, (2 year old) by “ Prince Charlie.” 2 Colts, rising two years, by the trotting horse, “ Mercury.” 1 Thorough-bred Mare, with foal and in foal to “ Mercury.” 1 Thorough-bred Marc, in foal to “ Architect.”

1 Thorough-bred Saddle Mare. The above Mares are thoroughly quiet in single and double harness. 2 heavy Clydesdale’s Mares, in foul to Clyde. Richmond and Chandler’s—twohorse power Machine. The 10 Acres of Freehold Land is situate in the centre of the auriferous hand known to exist on the Dunstan Commonage, and from prospects obtained is known to he exceedingly rich, and being commanded by 2 Waterraces, and having plenty of fall, can bo easily worked. The Cattle are all well bred—quiet, and hand fed. The Horses are of the best stamp.

Mr Hanlon, in drawing attention to the Sale, begs to assure intending purchasers that the Sale will be unreserved, he having determined on leaving the District. Monthly Sales!
