The adjourned application by the Committee of the Duustan District Hospital for the right of water from the War Puna Creek was granted conditionally on it being conveyed in its present channel, through sections 55, 5(5, and 57, block 11., Leaning Rock District, the property of .Mr A. A. Oliver.
