Holden, branch race from Lawson and party’s tad race, in Cooper’s Gully.— Granted, subject to letter from Engineer of .Vincent County' re construction of culvert over road. C. P. Beck and others.—Protection for six months of water race and right of water , from Leaning Rock Creek.—Granted. C. Nicolson and others.—Head water race, to drive quartz crushing machine, from basin at the bead of Fraser River.— Granted conditionally that water be returned into River above all existing rights. Same.—Tail raoo from machine site Granted. Same.--Dam.—Granted. Same.-—Tramway. -Granted. P. M‘Nally—One-acre claim in Connew’s Gully. - •'Withdrawn in favor of the Golden Gate Co. .Same. —Two-aero claim in Connew’s Gully, adjoining Watson’s claim.—Granted. The adjourned application by the Committee of the Duustan District Hospital for the right of water from the War Puna Creek was granted conditionally on it being conveyed in its present channel, through sections 55, 5(5, and 57, block 11., Leaning Rock District, the property of .Mr A. A. Oliver.
