Keri Keri Valley, and known us “ Hanlon’s Farm,” with dwelling-house, barn, other buildings and orchard. 85 Head of Mixed Cattle, including 2(3 quiet Dairy Cows (iu milk, without calf) 10—throeyear old Heifers iu calf, 8 three year old Fat Bullocks; 1 short horned Bull (3-year old) W head, (two-year-old, mixed sexes, 24 Calves (mixed sexes.) 1 Heavy draft Horse, “ Sara.” 1 Heavy draft Colt, (4 year-old) by “Prince Charlie." 1 heavy draft Colt, (2 year-old) by “ Prince Charlie.”

The Cattle are all well bred—quiet, and hand fed.
