The length of such Water Race is about one mile and a half with an average depth of nine inches, and a width of two feet six inches, and to carry two Sluice heads of water in accordance with Sub Section 1 of Section 31 of “ The Mines Act, 1877.” We have notified,to, all parties concerned with our intentions.
