Application has been made by John Butler to purchase the laud held by him under Agricultural Lease being Sections 54 and 57, Block 1, Cairn Hill District. _ Objections (if any) to this application to lie lodged at the District Land Office, Clyde, on or before Thursday the 25th day of Match, 1878. The length of such Water Race is about one mile and a half with an average depth of nine inches, and a width of two feet six inches, and to carry two Sluice heads of water in accordance with Sub Section 1 of Section 31 of “ The Mines Act, 1877.” We have notified,to, all parties concerned with our intentions.
