TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a Water Race and divert water lor irrigatiion purposes, commencing at a point iu the Main Tail Race, Wai Keri Keri, half a mile or thereabouts from the lower e.id of Government paddock, and terminating at one point at Clyde Pound Farm, and at another point at The Elms. The length of such Water Race is about one mile and a half with an average depth of nine inches, and a width of two feet six inches, and to carry two Sluice heads of water in accordance with Sub Section! of Section '3l of “ The Mines Act, 1877.” We have notified to all parties concerned with our intentions.
