The length of such Water Pace is four miles, with an average depth of one foot, and a width of one foot six inches, and to carry one sluice head of water; and in accordance with Subsec, ]. of Sec. 31, of “The Mines Act, 187-7, 11 1 have notified all parties concerned with my intention.
