SALE BY AUCTION. j WEDNESDAY, FEB. 13th, 1878.1 i VALUABLE MINING PROPERTY, j UNEQ4JALLED IN VESTMENT. j G\ EORGE FACIIE, instructed by j T Mr John M'Nally. who is j leaving the District, will sell by Pub-| lie Auction at his Rooms, Sunderlandstreet, Clyde, on Wednesday, Fobru-! ary 13th 1878, at 2 p.m.— A full ONE SIXTH SHARE in The well-known Mining Property, consisting of Head wa-ter-race, Tail race and Claims, (in all twenty-two acres) known as M‘Nally, Hastie arid Go’s Golden Gate Water Baca and 'Claims. The Water-race is about thirty miles in length, taking its head from Chatto Creek, terminating on the 1 inn stan Commonage, and registered to carry Twelve heads. The Claims comprise a 12 Acre Special Claim, situate in Connew’s Paddock, one 2 Acre, and two 1 Acre Claims in Connew’s Gully; one 2 Acre Claim in Deane,s Gully, and one 4 Acre claim in U anion’s Gully, the whole situate on the Dimstan Commonage with fall into the Wai Keri Keri Creek, and commanded by the head water-race. The Golden Gate Water-race Company is acknowledged to be one of the most valuable in the whole Dimstan District—the Water is from a never failing supply, and the Claims are ex ceedingly rich. To a single miner who would represent the Share, the ownership of a Sixth Share means a competency in a few years, and those who have the means will stand in their own light if they fail in competing. The reason of Mr M'Nally giving up his connection with (he Company of wnich he is one of the pioneers, will j be explained at the time of Sale. j Remember tho Sale is without reserve, and will take place on I WEDNESDAY.
