All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Clyde, on or before the 15th day of February, 1878, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be loft at the Council Chambers, Clyde, not less than seven days before the silting of the said Court.
