VINCENT COUMY NOTICES. TAKE NOTICE,— The Valuation Lists for the Ridings of Earnsclengh, Mannherikia, and Matakanui,’ for the Year 1878, are now open for inspection at the Police Station, Blacks. All Objections thereto must be left at the Police Station, Blacks, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed, to tho Assessment Court ; and a copy of every such Objection mnst be left at the Office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. .
