FORM OF APPLICATION FOR LEASE. Sir, —I hereby apply for a Gold Mining Lease of the lauds herein described in accordance with the Gold Mining Leases Regulations of New Zealand, and I agree upon approval of this Application, to execute a Lease upon the bases therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same.
