Sir Benjamin by the imported horse, Ben Lomond ; Sir Benjamin’s dam was imported from Scotland by Itishard Brodie, Esq.; Young Ben Lomond’s dam, Blossom, was by Messrs MTntoshs’ imporported horse P-hice Charlie ; Blossom’s dam by 11. Brodie’s imported mare Nell. Tins shows that Young Ben Lomond is bred from imported stock—both sire and dam’s side. His stock have taken Ist prizes at the Blueskin Annual Show in 1573, 1874, and 1875, against all comers. A one-year-old Filly by him took first prize at Palmerston, in 1876. SSr THE CLYDESDALE ENTIRE HORSE YOOTQ- CLYDE. WILL travel this season between Blacks and Alexandra, visiting Wai Keri Keri and Clyde. Young Clyde is a dark chcsnut, 18 hands high, rising 10 years old, of immense bone and sinew, and good tempered. Having travelled the Black’s district for five years in succession he has, beyond doubt, proved himself the best foal getter in the Province. He is also favorably known in Lawrence and surrounding dist-icts, where he travelled for several seasons. As to his pedigree comment is unnecessary, his stock comparing well with any in the Province. A 200-Acre Paddock on Glassford’s Swamp, the praperty of Mr P. Harrington, will be provided for Marcs. The above is securely fenced. All care taken, but no responsibility. TERMS - - £3 10s.
