THEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race from thbWai Keri Keri Creek, Leanin" Hock District for irrigation purposes, commencing at‘ a point situated at the lower end of the Government paddock, and terminating at Monte Christo Farm. The length of such water race is two miles and a half or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the side of Wai Keri Keri Valley. The moan depth and breadth o e such water-race is one foot by three, and it is capable of carry ing two heads 1 of water. JEAN DESIRE FERAUD, Monte Christo Farm.
