To the Warden at Clyde. ¥E, the undersigned, being a majority in number of persons •whose Claims water or tailings flow to a common outlet, at the month of the Wai Fieri Kori Creek hereby make application to use the natural bed of the said Creek for a Main Tail Race, •commencing at a point in the said Creek opposite Crawford’s Hut, and terminating where the Wai lleri Kcri joins the Molyneux River, And we declare the following particulars to Vie true in every respect.: The length of mc’i Race is eight, isai'es. The average depth of the Creek is four feet.
