Tuesday, Oct, 2 30 Nov. 27 Dec. 18 The Warden’s Office, Roxburgh, haring been appointed a Land Office for the District of Clyde, on the days above named, and immediately after the sitting of the Court, the District Land Officer will Receive Applications under the Waste Lands Act within the Land District of Clyde^ W. LAURENCE SIMPSON, Warden and R.M. NOTICE. I HAVE made application to the Waste Land Board to purchase 3 roods 29 perches of land at the Northeast corner of Section 3, Block X., Teviot, situate on the left-hand side of the Pomahawk Creek, and at present occupied by me as a residence area. Any person objecting to this application will please lodge their objections •at the Warden’s Office, Roxburgh, not later than October 16th, 1877. Any person objecting to this application will please lodge their objections at the District Land Office. Clyde, on or belore Thm’sday, October 4th, 1877. In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and in the matter -of the bankruptcy of Samuel Curregh, of the Blue Spur, in the Provincial District of Otago, Miner, a Debtor. THIS is to notify that an Application will be made by tho above named Samuel Curregh in the District Court of Otago Gold-fields, holden at Lawrence, on Wednesday the seventeenth day of October, 1877, at eleven o’clock in tho forenoon, or as soon thereafter as he can be heard, for an Order of Discharge in accordance with Section 184 of the above Act.
