VINCENT COUNTY NOTICES. TENDERS will bo received at the Council offices, Clyde, until noon of the 20th August, 1877, for the undermentioned works:— Contract No. 22.—Construction of 21 Chains of road near Muddy Creek. To the District Land Officer, Clyde I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race in Tiger Hill District, for tho purpose of driving a Flour Mill, commencing at a point on Spottis Creek, about half a mile above the bridge at the junction of the two branches of Spottis Creek, and terminating at the bridge, where I intend erecting a Flour Mill. The length of such race is half a mile or thereabouts, and its intended course is about North to South. The mean depth and breadth of such race is 3 feet 6 inches, by 1 foot 6 inches, and is capable of carrying 10 Sluice Heads of water. Signature and addreess in full of applicant. JOSIAH C. JONES. W. NOTICE. I HEREBY give notice that I have applied to the Waste Lands’ Board to purchase Section 49, Block I, Cairn Hill District, held under Agricultural Lease, No. 85 Gc. My application wall be brought before the Waste Lands’ Board on or about Wednesday the 29 th day of August instant, and any objection thereto must he lodged with the District Land Officer, Clyde, on or before Thursday the 23rd day of August, 1877.
