One half of the Caledonian Water-race, (first right out of Butcher’s Cully, six heads) extended Claim, Mining Plant, complete; one half of two water-races, taking their rise out of Blackman’s Gully, and commanding the whole of the east side of the Old Man Range, and near tho Quartz Reef now in work. The Auctioneer would advise anyseeking an investment not to miss this opportunity, as tho races command about the best supply of water in the district (being all first right), and tho ground is unlimited, the Cattle are quiet and good, and for positive sale, and the only reason for Mr IPs disposal is that ho Is paying a visit to his native home.
