Simpson, Esq, I HEREBY apply for a Lease of Land for Agricultural purposes, situate at Tiger Hill Survey District, being Section 49, Block I, and comprising thirty-one acres, or thereabouts, in accordance with the Gold Fields Act Amendment Acts, 1867, 1868, 1869. NOTICE, I HEREBY give notice that I have made application to the Waste Lands Board to purchase the Lands held by me under Agricultural Leases, as follows :—" Lease, No. 854 c, Section 33, Block I, Cairn Hill District. Lease, No. 857 c, Sections 37, 38, 40, 41, Block I, Cairn Hill District. All objections to the said application to bo lodged in writing at the District Land Office, Clyde, on or before June 28, 1877.
