Contract No. 18.—Gravelling about 32 chains of Road at Butcher’s Gully (Neiper’s), at per chain. Specifleations'and conditions at the Council Offices, Clyde, and Messrs Finlay and Morris’s store, Alexandra. Each Tender must be accompanied with a deposit of 24 per cent, on the amount, which deposit will be forfeited by the successful tenderer if he fails or neglects to take up the contract within seven days from the receipt of notification that his contract has been accepted.
