AT a Meeting of Creditors, duly convened under the provisions of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1875," and held at the Court House, Clyde, on this 25th day of January, 1877, it was resolved by a. majority in number, and three fourths in value of the creditors present, or by proxy, that the creditors being notified that the whole of the joint and several properties of the said Edward Charnock and William Barnes, Junior, have been given up to William Auckland, the Trustee, for the benefit of their creditors, it is hereby declared that die Liquidation has closed, and it is resolved that the said Liquidation shall be deem-d to have been closed at and after the date of this resolution. Dated this 25th day of January, 1877.
