RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person will bo allowed to enter or run a horse in this Programme unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. No entries will be received for any of the above Races except under this condition—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, ami their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Pro* gramme shall bn final. Jockey costume will he 'strictly enforced. A deduction of five per cent will bo made from the gross amnjint of the stakes. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race. The Duustan Jockey Club Rules will ho strictly .enforced.
