THIS is to give notice that William Oram Ball, Esquire, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, has lodged the Statement required by the above-mentioned Act, in his office, Princes-street. Dunedin, and that a list of Contributories is comprised in the said Statement; and further, that the said list will be settled by the Court at Clyde, on the 18th day of December, 1876 ; and that on that day or'any day to which such settlement shall be adjourned, any objection to the said List by any Contributory, or Creditor will be heard and adjudicated upon by the Court.
