The length of such race is two and a half miles, or thereabouts, and ■ its Intended course is North-east and South-west. The mean depth of such race is two feet 'by one foot, and it is capable of carrying one sluice head of water.

Forms of tender, with the terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post-office. No tender will be considered unless made on the printed form.
