In the Matter of the Debtors and Creditors’ Act, and in the Matter of the Estate of Edward Charnock, and William Barnes the younger, of Clyde, Wheelwrights and Blacksmiths, Debtors. ALL CLAIMS against the above Esiate must be lodged with me in full on or before Tuesday, August Ist, or they will not be recognised. A regulation made under the authority of Section 4, Subdivision 1, Part 1 of the thirteenth schedule of the Municipal Corporation’s Act, 1867. “For regulating the height from the ground, and design of porticos or verandahs.” No. 2. A regulation made under the authority of Section 14, Subdivision 3, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For regulating the formation, &c., of drains to be laid under any footway or channel.” No 3. A regulation made under the authority of Section 26, Subdivision 4, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. ‘ For regulating the formation, &c., of cx-ossings across or over footways and channels.” No. 4. A regulation made under the authority of Section 45, Subdivision 9, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For appointing the hours during which it shall not be lawful to drive into or through the town or any part thereof any catPe intended for sale or slaughter, or travelling from one part of New Zealand to any other place, &c. No. 5. A regulation made under the authority of Section 1, Subdivision 1, Part 5 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For regulating the erection of buildings, &c., within the Town of Clyde.” No. 6. A regulation made under the authority of Section 3, Subdivision 2, Part 7 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “For prescribing the distance from any adjoining land, or from any building within wlxich it shall not be lawful to make or keep any stack of hay, corn, straw, or other produce, if not placed under roof or "over,” No. 7. A regulation made under the authority of Section 1, Subdivision 1, Part 8 of thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “For appointing limits within which it shall not he lawful to keep any ewino.” No. 8. A regulation made under the authority of Section 88, Subdivision 4, Part 10 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For licensing pedlars and hawkers, for defining to what persons this regulation shall apply, and for fixing the amounts to be paid to the Box-ouglx fund for licenses, &c.
