Liquidation of Estate under “The Debtor’s and Creditor’s Act, 1875.” In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1875,” and in the matter of the Liquidation of the Estate of Edward Charnock, and William Barnes, of Clyde, Blacksmiths, trading as Charnock and Barnes, Debtors. IT is hereby notified that, at a first meeting of Creditors of the said Edward Charnock and William Barnes held at the Court-house, Clyde on Monday the 26th day of June, instant, it was resolved that the affairs of the said Edward Charnock and William Barnes should be liquidated underthe said Act. And that William Auckland, of Clyde, Storekeeper, was appointed Trustee of the said Estate. And further, that the said resolution and the declaration by the said William Auckland of his acceptance of the office of Trustee, have been duly filed.
