The Visiting Committee was authorised to arrange for C. Peterson being sent to Dunedin. The financial position of the Institution again was the subject of discussion. The Secretary was instructed to write to the whole of the station masters in the district, also, to all the leading men in the Dunatah District, point out the impecunious state of the Institution, and beg of them to use every exertion iu the collection of subscriptions.
