I HEREBY give notice that a statement of the assets of the above Company is now prepared and lodged at my Office, Manse Street, Dunedin, -and a Copy of the said Statement also ■filed at the District Court, Clyde, distinguishing the sums produced by the Sale of the Company’s property, •and also, all other monies received or recovered by me, or paid in on account of the Company, and also, showing from and by whom and on what account received or paid in, and also, ■setting forth a list of the debts proved and of the sums which are required for the adjustment of the Rights of the ■ Contributories amongst themselves, and further'setting forth a list of the 1 Contributories of the said Company, with, annexed to the name of each Contributory the number of shares held by him, and the sum to be paid in respect of such shares. AND Notice is hereby further given that the Court has appointed Tuesday the 4th day of April, 1876 for settling the said list of Contributories, and that on that day or any day to which such settling shall be adjourned, any objections to the said List by any Contributory or Creditor will be heard and adjudicated upon by the Court.
