I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend to construct a Head Water Race for industrial and domestic purposes, commencing at a point on the Spottis Creek, on Section 16, Block 1,, Tiger Hill Crown Lands, traversing Section 16 and 17 of said Block (Crown Lands), and terminating in Section 18, same Block, owned by me. The length of such Head Race is 35 chains, or thereabouts; and its intended course is North and South. To the Warden, I HEREBY apply 'for a lease of land for Agricultural purposes situate ou Block 11., Leaning Rock District, on east and west side of road Clyde to Cromwell, about one mile from Clyde, and being the land adjoining my present Section 107, and that on which my house and garden are, in accordance with the Agricultural Regulation made under the Gold Fields Act and Amendment Acts. I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I have made Application to the Waste Lands Board to purchase Section 107, Block 11., Leaning Rock District, held under Agricultural Lease 120 c, and comprising about, ten acres.
