Entrance, ss. CONSOLATION HAN DICAP, Of 3 sovs. For all beaten horses. Distance, three-quarters of a mile. Entrance. ss, RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person will ho allowed to enter or run a horse in this Programme unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. No entries will be received for any of the above Races except under this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme shall be final. Jockey costume will bo strictly enforced. A deduction of five per cent will be made from the gross amount of the stakes. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race, The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will 1)0 strictly enforced.
