TOWN OF CLYDE, TTNDER tho provisions of Sections vJ 190 and 192 of tho Municipal Corporations’ Act, 1867, —Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Clyde, in the Province of Otago, did, on tho fifth day of January, 1 6 make and pass fie several Regulations hereunder described, and the said Regulations are deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein at the Office of the said Council, Town Hall, Sunderland Street, Clyde. A regulation made under the authority of Section 4, Subdivi sion 1, Part 1 of the thirteenth schedule of the Municipal Corporation’s Act, 1867. “For regulating the height from the ground / and design of porticos or verandahs.” No. 2. A regulation made under the authority of Section 14, Subdivi sion 3, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For regulating the formation, Ac., of drains to be laid under any footway or channel.” No 3. A. regulation made under the authority of Section 26, Subdivivision 4, Part 1 o" the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. 1 For regulating the formation, Ac., of crossings across or over footways and channels.” No. 4. A regulation made under the authority of Section 45, Subdivision 9, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said a ct. “ For appointing the hours during which it shall not be lawful to drive into or through the town or any part thereof any cattle intended for sale or slaughter, or travelling from one part of New Zealand to any other place, Ac. No. 5. A regulation made under the authority of Section 1, Subdivision 1, Part 5 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For regulating the erection of buildings, Ac., within the Town of Clyde.” No. 6. A. regulation made under the authority of Section 3, Subdivision 2, Part 7 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “For prescribing die distance from any adjoining land, or from any building within which it shall not be lawful to make or keep any stack of hay, corn, straw, or other produce, if not placed under roof oi cover.” No. 7. A regulation made under the authority of Soot ion 1, Subdivision 1, Part Bof he thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For appointing limits within which it shall not he lawful to keep any swine.” No. 8. A regulation made under the authority of Section 88, Subdivision 4, Part 10 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For licensing pedlars and hawkers, for defining to what persons this regulation l hall apply, and for fixing the amounts to be paid to the Borough fund for licenses, Ac, ESTATE OF JEFFERY AND FRASER. For Queenstown and intervening offices, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at3.3op.rn.
