A silver cup, value 10 guineas, will bo presented by the Club, to be won by the same horse two years in succession before becoming the property of the owner. The winner to hold possession of the enp till the next annual meeting. Entrance, ss. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, Of 5 sovs. For all beaten horses. Distance, three-quarters of a mile. Entrance. ss. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse in this Programme unless he bo qualified as a subscriber cf not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. No entries will he received for any of the above Races except under this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected witli the carrying nut of the Programme shall bo final. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced. A deduction of five per cent will bo made from the gross amount of the stakes. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race, The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
