TOWN OF CLYDE. NOTICE is hereby given that at the next Meeting of the Town Council of Clyde to be held on the fifth day of January, IB7G, a resolution will bo proposed that the draft regulations hereunder described shall be made and passed in and for the said Town of Clyde, and such draft is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein at the Office of the said Council, Town Hall, Sunderland street Clyde, CHaHLES hueston,

Town 'Clerk. December 10, 1875. No. 1.: A regulation made under the authority of Section 4, Subdivision 1, Part 1 of the thirteenth schedule of the Municipal Corporation’s Act, 1807. “ Por regulating the height from the ground, and design of porticos or verandahs.” No. 2. A regulation made under the authority of Section 14, Subdivision 3, Part 1 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. Por regulating the formation, &c., of drains to be laid under any footway or channel.”

No. 3. A regulation made under the authority of Section 3, Subdivision 2, Part 7 of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, For prescribing the distance from any adjoining land; or from any building within which it shall not be lawful to mate or keep any stack of hay, corn, straw, or other-produce, if not placed under roof or cover,” No. 7. A regulation made under the authority of Section 1, Subdivision 1, Part 8 ot the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act. “ For appointing limits within which it shall not be lawful to keep any swine.”
