— o— regular monthly meeting of the Committee of Management was held in the Committee Room, Town Hall, Clyde on Monday evening last the Cth instant, at 8, p.m. Present, J. Hazlott, Esq., President, and Messrs Naylor, Holt, Cambridge, Auckland, J. E. Stevens, (Treasurer), and 6. Fache, (Secretary). The minutes of previous meetings were read and confirmed. The correspondence was read and received. The Visiting Committee reported that in accordance with resolution of the last meeting they had had the kitchen floored with concrete. Report No. 2, recommending payment of accounts for the months of October and November, amounting in all to L 165 I6s 8d was road and received. The Secretary was instructed to write to the Resident Surgeon drawing his attention to rule 37 of the rules and regulations, also, to write to Mr Poole, authorising him to get the microscope now in the hands of Mr Percival, Optician, of Dunedin, repaired, and further authorising him to collect account dne to .the Institution. Messrs Naylor and Auckland, by consent were re-elected members of the Nisiting Committee for the ensuing month. A vote of thanks to the Chair concluded the meeting.
